CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.

If I do not appear for my appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time I must pay half of the service charge.

The service charge will be determined based on the stylist’s plan regarding the services that were to be rendered.

If I do not call to cancel or reschedule or do not appear for my scheduled appointment time I will not be able to book another appointment online without placing a 50% deposit on desired services.

This deposit is nonrefundable but may be put towards another appointment if a rescheduling should occur.
