It is that time of year again, when holiday parties begin to gear up and downtown is lit up with holiday cheer. This is a very special time of year for VolumeONE Salon as we are so excited to bring back our legendary annual holiday party after a year hiatus during 2020.
The absence of a holiday celebration (or any celebrations) last year truly highlights how special and important this party is for us and our clients. We cherish the opportunity to celebrate another year with those who support us day in and day out.
The last time we were all together we were celebrating 10 years of VolumeONE Salon. It was an amazing evening filled with entertainment and a communal appreciation of the culture Hurst and VolumeONE has fostered over the years. These photos are but a few glimpses into this magical evening.
Our holiday celebration this year is less introspective and instead focuses on giving back to the community that has helped us grow these past 12 years. We are hosting an art auction featuring the work of local artists. It will be a live auction hosted by seasoned Pensacola Auctioneer Gina Boyleston. All proceeds from the auction go to a local nonprofit: Sunday’s Child.
Sunday’s Child provides grants for organizations and businesses that promote inclusion, diversity, and equality in Pensacola. This organization is near and dear to our hearts because the hair stylist community is one that has always championed inclusion and been a safe space for creatives from all walks of life.
The festivities begin at 7pm on Saturday December 11 at VolumeONE Salon. There is no entrance fee and the dress is cocktail attire. We hope you can help us celebrate the holiday season by giving back to our vibrant community this year.
